Instructions:
- Cook the pasta in salted water, drain, and set aside.
- In a pan, sauté the chopped ham in butter, seasoning with salt, pepper, and parsley.
- To make the white sauce, dissolve the cornstarch in milk and heat with butter, grated cheese, and a pinch of salt. Stir until thickened.
- In a serving dish, layer the pasta, ham, and white sauce, alternating until finished.
